This deposit is required at the time of booking. Advance Booking Limit: Appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance through our online system. For bookings beyond two weeks, please contact us directly via email or phone. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer your time slot to other patients in need. Deposit Refund: Should you cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your new appointment. Deposits for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited. Late Arrivals: We adhere to a strict schedule to respect everyone's time. If you're late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for subsequent patients. No-Show Policy: Missing a scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-show) will result in the loss of your deposit.
